Nomad's Oasis

Wandering Aloud!

Take a peep into my Oasis of wonders - some will thrill others will bore. I am associated with a digital production agency so don't be suprised to find tumbls that feature some of the funky, and not so funky stuff that our clients are about.

ProgressYou’re looking at the MotoCzysz E1PC, arguably the most advanced bike at this year’s Isle of Man TT races.  Note the stats: 100 horsepower, 250 pound-feet of torque, 12.5-kilowatt-hours.  That’s right, it’s an electric bike, which has lapped the 37.7-mile course at an average speed of 94.66 mph.  That’s not yet superbike race pace, but this is only the second year that electric bikes have been fielded in international competition.  Game on!
