Progress
You’re looking at the MotoCzysz E1PC, arguably the most advanced bike at this year’s Isle of Man TT races. Note the stats: 100 horsepower, 250 pound-feet of torque, 12.5-kilowatt-hours. That’s right, it’s an electric bike, which has lapped the 37.7-mile course at an average speed of 94.66 mph. That’s not yet superbike race pace, but this is only the second year that electric bikes have been fielded in international competition. Game on!
